Subject: [Leica] Re: Some rescans and some new stuff

Brian, forgive me for asking such a mundane question, but I've been
struggling with my 35mm scanning and am not satisfied. I used to blame the
new Tri-X, but since the negatives look just fine, I'm starting to think
it's the Minolta scanner (el-cheapo, not their best one).

What film, scanner and developer are you using?

The shots are great ... not a lot of "livsgl?dje" ... "celebration of
life", but very effective. I like how you got up close so that the mood
dominates.

I like the feeling too that you can do it. The west is still a civilized
place. Try that in some of the streets I've visited in Africa ... you
might get hurt ... you WILL get hurt.

Daniel
