How true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What happens in many situations the photographer telegraphs his/her
intensions and the subject re-acts. Picture moment destroyed.

Being invisible has more to do with holding the camera to your eye and
waiting for the moment to happen, particularly in this situation where the
nurse was aware of the photographer.

Speaking to her isn't likely going to change anything, better to stand with
camera to eye and wait her out because she has a job to do and sooner or
later she's going to do her thing for the fund raising and you'll have your
picture.
