You wait a minute and remove the heat ... The steam cools down and condenses back to water and creates a vacuum ... And zooom the whole juice is sucked through the filter. When I left the LUG some years ago there was so much silly fighting and name calling going pom that I got really tired and left. Lurking the last two days was most enjoyable ...
