There is nothing wrong with the staff at my local Starbucks. They are
friendly and provide good service. My problem with Starbucks is that
their coffee is lousy and they have run every local shop that served a
good cup out of business. I also don't like the cookie cutter 
design of the shops. It doesn't matter what city you are in, they all
pretty much look the same. It's like living in an international version
of that movie 'Groundhog Day".
