Subject: [Leica] LEICA MACRO-ELMAR-M 90 mm f/4 upside-down?

Do I recall when you use this lens without the macro adaptor It's
upside-down?
That is the f stops and distance information is at the bottom of the lens
and camera?

If so and someone has this lens how much does flipping the lens around like
that to work with it get in the way of the picture flow? I'd think it would.
When one is in record mode.

Also how cool is the reversible lens shade?
