Good point jerry, I bought an m2 button rw from an old time heavy user, and except for the usual bright marks around the lugs, and a small dent, it was and is in rather excellent condition. On the other the m6ttl I had for about one year showed noticeable wear and I didn't even use it that much. The MP which I've put about 50 rolls through thus far seems to be doing better, which is a surprise for me. I carry the thing around way more then use it most of the time.

There is definitely a difference between those who actually use them as tools and those who may very well wear white gloves, or just not use them much at all. The true users don't seem to make it to the market too often, I know mine never will.

John

How do we do it? I dunno but my 40+ year M2 even looks almost
mint because it is chrome, not black.
