I'm sorry about the staff cuts; but it is a good gamble and I hope that they produce something which is worthy of their M lenses. Frankly, I think a bold stroke like this is necessary, given where the camera market seems to be going. I'd happily put off purchasing a digital body for three years (or more) until such a body was available.
