I buy items and pay for them through PayPal. It works magnificently. I used to have Credit Cards but I learned my lesson fifteen years back when my partner filed bankruptcy and I found that all my personal cards were cancelled. So, I have worked on a cash system thereafter, and it has worked well. Now, my wife does a lot of business on eBay and she does have a PayPal account with a credit card attached. But, again, she has never had a problem. I suspect that the problem with PayPal occurs only when you want to take money out of your account. As I never wish to do this, they seem to leave me alone.
