There were a few version of the aspheric 55mm f/1.2:

March, 1971
FD 55mm f/1.2 AL

March, 1973
FD 55mm f/1.2 S.S.C. AL

March, 1975
FD 55mm f/1.2 S.S.C. Aspherical

The focal length went from 55mm to 50mm in 1980, with a new design:

October, 1980
New FD 50mm f/1.2 L
