Daniel,
Forgive me, but I cannot seem to find your original post.
The topic is a study purporting to rank today's freedom of the press in
various countries. Do you think a thirty year old case has any bearing on
today's climate?
To put another way, would the control of the press by the occupying
German army in the 40's in Paris be evidence of a lack of freedom of the
press in today's France?
