Thanks. Luckily, this adjustment was done for me. I've always been
ambivalent about the M3 because of the 1m distance. This changes things, say
what anyone will, but the finder is still superior to the .85x. Until this
last week, this particular M3 hasn't been worked on since it left the
factory 41 years ago. Now it won't need another CLA until one of my
daughters' grandkids decides to do it.
