I haven't tested the combination. I use other SLR's. The 300D's mirror geometry is such that a shorter rear lens mount to film plane distance is allowed (see info on the EF18-55 lens), and will definitely be more compatible with lenses with greater rear protrusions. If you are interested in this combination, why not go and try it and report on it instead of attempting sarcasm? - -- * Henning J.
