Here is the most Canadian place I have ever been - Ted's Range Road Diner, a converted tin hut on the road to a tank range on the south shore of Lake Huron. In winter you can't get into the parking lot for men in toques doing donuts on their snowmobiles. Really. http://www.meaford.com/rrdiner.htm 'half the fun is just getting there' The menu includes caribou, alligator, emu and muskox. It is not a place where you want to get into a fight, but it is a lot of fun.
