Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAW 34: More from flat Holland

This week I am showing you some more of my surrounding in our new country. Switzerland had majestic mountains everywhere you looked, here in the Netherlands it is flat as a pancake, so I try to take advantage of that. The main picture is of a dike about 7-8 km from our house. I love the windmills, partly because for the obvious environmental reasons, and partly because most of them are manufactured in Denmark, which is a world leader in this technology. This being the Netherlands, there is a separate bicycle path next to the road:

The second image is from the unofficial "dog beach" in Almere. This is where everyone comes with their dogs. The surroundings are not that attractive, but the beach is fine, and the dogs have great fun. The male owners can ogle the female owners and vice versa. This picture was taken around 9 p.m., just before sunset:

The second alternate is another field with hay bales. I continue to be fascinated by those, having posted a couple from different places in the past. This one is (I think) my best so far, and it was taken about 3 km from my house:

and comments/critique are always welcome and appreciated.
