We could end up with an M-Titanium list, a black-enamel-M list, a chrome-M list, not to mention specialization by whatever your preferred viewfinder magnification is. If this list really concentrated on "what M Leicas do best" and stayed on topic, traffic would drop to almost zero, and most of that boring. Check the archives. The best list for "what M Leicas do best" is John Brownlow's Street Photography list -- and they rarely talk about the cameras over there. - -- Clive http://clive.moss.net > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us] On Behalf Of > Afterswift@aol.com > Sent: Tuesday, August 05, 2003 11:46 AM > To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > Subject: Re: [Leica] squabbling over digital vs. film. > > > > In a message dated 8/5/03 8:38:11 AM, sonc@sonc.com writes: > > << How on earth could you come to the conclusion that the > LUG is essentially > > an M list? > > > SonC >> > > Like you, I'm beginning to have my doubts.
