My 1988 Wetzlar M6 suffered from the same light leak problems! I solved
the light leak many years ago (at my expense), and since Jerry Smith got
his hands on it a few years ago to fix a recurring viewfinder alignment
problem along with a malfunctioning shutter, it has been working perfectly.
