I am absolutely convinced that it is not asymmetrical, as Leita made so
much of the assymetrical element in the original 1.2/50 Noctilux.  As Leitz
never claimed any assymetric qualities for the 4/135 Elmar -- or Tele-Elmar
- -- they probably didn't have such.
