Subject: [Leica] Thoughts on 20mm Russar vs. 21mm Skopar

There was an interesting comparison recently between various
21mm lenses which concluded that the Voigtlander Skopar was
second only to the latest Leica ASPH.  I currently have a 
Russar 20mm which was not mentioned in the comparisons.
What would I gain from "upgrading" to the Skopar given that
I can't afford the Leica lens...?  Has anyone compared the
Russar against any of the other equivalent focal length
lenses?
