I do not feel a metal grinding it feels more like a dry spot. It is actually the spot immediately pass the 2.5 mark and directly infront of the 3m marks. I have been working it for over two hours and it certainly feels better. After leaving it for a while, it does get a little stiff again but not as bad as when I first started yesterday.
