To answer my own Qs, Stephen Gandy has a whole page on it: 
http://www.cameraquest.com/mlenses.htm but most of you probably know that. 
Nikkor or Contax do not show up though. I guess the adapters for them are 
rare, but this place seems to have some: http://www.tokiwa.co.jp/ma.html
