Thanks! Sometimes Leica makes some of these older parts, and reissues them.
We have a few things coming along in a few months that would fall into that
category.

I do not think that Leica has them anymore. At least I remember several
people looking for them in the last three years as Leica could not
supply them with one. As Schneider made the lens (and even gave the
last ones their own serial number) maybe they made the rear cap too
(speculation alert). It is easy to make using two regular caps glued in
unofficial ways.
