No, it does not.  The ARW does the same thing that the wind lever
does on the top, except the ARW does it by a closing motion of the
left hand, rather than a "flicking" motion of the right thumb.

It is a superb device.  I just wish it could be adapted to the M3,
without the modifications costing as much as buying an M2.
