A few years ago I owned a very old 135mm Hektor and it was fine, and if my
memory is correct it even had a tripod socket. If your style of photography
gives you the time to set up a tripod, do it. It really makes a bigger
improvement in quality with a 135. Whatever lens you finally decide buy, I
recommend doing a test hand held and on a tripod at the various f-stops and
shutter speeds just to see how steady you are.
