In the US it apparently goes from 14 to 18, depending on the type of sexual conduct 
engaged in.  Except for places where the law has been repealed or invalidated for 
various reasons.  Most states seem to be either 16 or 17 with some 18's thrown in.  I 
couldn't find anything regarding age of consent for posing for a picture that may or 
may not be a nude and shows considerably less that can be seen on network 
television most nights.

Only your lawyer knows for sure.
