Bill,
    This man has so much character in his face.  You can see that the
patience he shows here--sitting and waiting--is earned by all of the
experiences that have lined his face.  I think you chose the angle from
which to take the shot right as well; a profile shot as he waits, with
others waiting in a line leading away from him, seems the right point of
view for this man's weathered face.
