We're impressed at your purchasing power, Fred. But no one was berating
anyone for either owning Leica glass, or being able to afford owning it. The
point is that, whether or not it is a great photo, virtually no one on this
list of Leicaholics knew what lenses were used to take the photo, and most
of those who guessed thought the photos were taken with Leica lenses costing
up to $1800. So that means that if the photos were taken with a coke bottle
bottom, most of those who responded thought they were taken with coke bottle
bottoms costing almost $2000, and didn't think there was anything odd about
that. ;-)
