Benbo's have a center arm not a column that lets you place your lens
virtually anywhere you want to; from ground level to six feet high. With
that flexibility, you can change your viewpoint very easily. You can
respond to the scene minute by minute without having to stop and spend long
periods re-deploying your tripod when a new angle presents itself.

I hope this helps.
