I'm *very* jealous! Actually, the lowly Coolscan III does a fine job for 
the small prints I make and as a tool to build some skill, but it's 35mm 
only - my Rollieflex is sitting idle. One thing I found with my Coolscan is 
that sharpness across the frame was compromised when using the motorized 
film strip transporter. Most frames had one side that was quite blurry. 
When I switched to the FH-2 holder that goes in the slide attachment (it's 
more like the negative carrier for an enlarger), things improved a whole 
lot, particularly with Fuji film, which tends to have less curl in my 
experience. Hope there is better depth-of-field with the new generation of 
scanners.

After you get accustomed to Nikonscan, try Vuescan. That used to be much 
better, but the Nikon sw has improved.

Anxious to see some images from that baby!
