I have never seen a waist pack with Billingham type
closures. However, if you find a good saddle shop you
can probably have similar closures added to your Lowe
pack, then just use that closure instead of the
zippers....or for a simple approach, just add some
velcro tabs to the Lowe. The only other alternative I
can think of is a custom bag.
