Even if McNally is aware of shortcomings in his project it may contractually be beyond his grasp to change the way it is presented. Clearly in this case a reshoot is quite impossible and the project has a momentum independent of its artistic merits. I once went into a pitch meeting with the producers of a particularly awful film over whose identity I will draw the veil of charity. The first thing they said was "Yeah, we know". This is a lot better than those meetings where people DON'T know, and expect you to admire the last POS they were responsible for. - -- John Brownlow http://www.pinkheadedbug.com - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
