Dear Leica friends,

today we would like to inform you about:

__Leica starts international advertising campaign

In the recently started advertising campaign Leica focuses
on subject the photography as a handicraft. The eight
different motives of the campaign show the substantial
“tools” of selected Leica photographers: their hands and a
camera – alternatively a Leica rangefinder system camera
or Leica SLR camera. Beside the hand portraits personal
quotations of the professional photographers complete the
motives. In a short statement photographers such as
Sebastião Salgado, William Klein, Ralph Gibson, Nan
Goldin, Norbert Rosing, Christopher Forbes and Bryan
Adams state their relationship to the photography and the
Leica camera.
