I don't think I expressed that very well.  I'm not surprised at all by the
problems occurring in the new portions of the system, since there won't be
any teething problems in the established bits and pieces.  It's just a
vague sense of disappointment, since this is the first time I've seen a
problem with a Leica other than RF adjustments.

Frankly, it's probably just infant mortality in a resistor on the PCB -
nothing to get terribly exercised about, except for the thought of having
to send it back to Solms for repair.

I do remember an earlier report of the shutter button locking up in use,
and that's mainly why I posted this.  It was nice to see the error code
flashing in the VF, though - it should make it a trivial problem to
diagnose.
