From my perspective as a hard-core Kodachrome user, 100F is quite a good film.  It's not as contrasty as K64, the colors are rich without the gaudy over-saturation of some popular E6 films, the grain is quite small and it scans well.  Not quite as sharp as K64 but quite good.
