Which reminds me of an incident in a the similar vein : An F1 fan was sued by Ferrari for building a replica Ferrari F1 car, displaying it on his front yard. He lost the case and had to pay Ferrari $$$$liras for infringment on the Ferrrrrrrarrrrri name. Can you imagine Nascar's pitch of the league as "one big happy family" sueing a fan for doing it ?
