Subject: [Leica] Has Leica ever offered a student discount program?

I've found that most of the medium-format companies offer a student discount
program - most about 50% off list, give or take. A Hasselblad 501CM/80mm/A12
for around $2000 (more than used, but $1000 less than B&H), for one. I've
heard the Bronica deal is even better, but Tamron's site is down on my end.

Has Leica ever offered a similar program, or does it have any plans to? It
would certainly make an M6/M7 much more attractive to students (read: me) at
prices closer to an F100/Hexar RF.
