John,
come on now. I have perfect vision, but no-one would agree if I said 
glasses were useless - useless implies without use. For me the bionic 
ear is useless, but for humanity, it is far from being so, and there 
are less of them out there than Leica M's. If you want to phrase the 
critic to : the M is a specialised camera, whose general use has been 
surpassed by other systems -- true.
