And, of course, the concept that a free roll of film and processing is any
kind of compensation for the loss of ones images - be they personal shots of
the kids on Xmas morning or the champion tomatoes, or shots taken on a
paying job - is utterly ridiculous.

    Long ago when I was shooting a lot of chromes, Kodak
lost two rolls of my film.  I returned the wrong slides I
had received, at my expense.  I got a form letter answer,
but no refund for film, processing or postage.
    One more unhappy customer.
