You are probably looking at one that was originally designed for the
Visoflex system so not cams.  The cams tell a reflex camera what aperture
the lens is and what aperture has been set on the lens.

As you will be using the lens wide open most of the time the issue of cams
is moot.

I haven't noticed a plethora of grips and stocks out on the market but I do
remember seeing them, usually attached to a 400 or a 560.
With their absence you should negotiate a very low price as when you want
something it is not available but when you have finally found and purchased
what you needed then you find them being given to you.
