While I do not doubt that is what they were told, lets hope it is not an R8 motot situation! They say around $2500 to $2600, and it will first be available in 0.72 only, with both .85 versions and .58 versions to follow. No word on what finishes will come out first or eventually. They undrstand it will continue to be a horizontal cloth shutter. Camera to be essentialy the same as an M6 TTL with the automation. This paragraph is based upon info from Reeds. I would guess that the mechanical timing mechanism may just be getting swapped out for an electronic control releasing the second curtain. Maybe the more precise control will allow coaxing a higher flash synch speed and a higher shutter speed. What will be interesting to see is if there is a battery independent manual mode like the N**** FM3. This paragraph is my speculation.
