Damn, you wusses!  "31 degrees F" is barely at freezing.  -40 F (also,
oddly, -40 in the other scale, C, used by the minorities of the world, and,
yes, I grin as I write this!), now, that is decent winter weather.

Who could ever love the spring if they had not the autumn?  Who could ever
appreciate the summer if they had not endured the winter?
