Greg

I used a then-contemporary edition of the Darkroom Handbook by Demaio. It
got into the details of wiring, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Amazon has the
most recent edition available.

As for the sink which other messages mentioned, I built my own from exterior
grade plywood, fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin and if you go the
do-it-yourself route, I'll offer up whatever advice I can on the joys of
applying expoy resin in August.
