The kit instructions say that after 20 seconds in stop bath, the lights can go on. I've made well over a thousand prints with both the JOBO and Beseler kits using this procedure, and have never had the slightest bit of fogging. I've sent a letter to the editor of Photo Techniques about this. Other than this one error, the article is excellent; I recommend it.
