Key in that number into the account verification on paypal and it will not only automatically verify but $1 will appear as credit to your account. Until you verify, your credit limit is only $100 and I had the opportunity to buy small items with this ready credit for starters. After you verify, this ceiling is lifted. Hope this helps. Dan K.
