Don't confuse this situation with the press pool photographers who follow
the President. I donšt have a clue about how photographs are handled by the
White House in "informal" situations. But I know that the major news
publications have pool photographers who have better access. I don't see
these people as being "PR" photographers since they are on assignment.

In these days events are structured and orchestrated to give dramatic
photographs. Regan pioneered the way in this regard.
