absolutely not. hcb never considered his own work art. he considered it
photojournalism, which has something to do with why he doesn't sign stuff.
and something about the debatable quality of his early prints. i don't think
he ever considered his work "snapshots" either -- but carefully calculated
"decisive moments". don't confuse the eye with the finger....
