That's fine, but that is NOT what I was looking for!

THAT'S What I meant!!--DAMN few......
 
 They ALL had already purchased homes (and had them paid

I've got a house worth a tenth of theirs, and a university paycheck.  This, 
plus my "other work", allows me to live like an artist, whether I >AM< one 
or not...I think lots of folks have done this, and I reccomend it!!!

However, without the university, NONE of us would be living here and enjoying 
the "lifestyle"...it's just that >>I<< admit it!!!

Like my sign over my desk says, "Working here allows me the luxuries I've become 
accustomed to......Eating and living indoors!"
