The turn-around on the west coast is much better but my experience with A&I's QC is similar to Qualex's, and I can sometimes find people who've grown tired enough ot the delays that they're willing to sell their remaining PK36 mailers at half the cost of A&I's mailers. Cost is a very big deal to me, more so than the delay.
