Aram, yes, Kits/Ritz will handle your Kodachrome.  I think it goes to MN.
If you are a good customer they probably will just take your mailer,
otherwise you will have to pay them.  Why not take your mailer?  Because
there is some implied liability when accepting the film even in a mailer.
