The Konica has many features (like AE) that some like, plus the higher flash synch speed, built-in motor etc. None of these are relevant for me, hence I would not trade any of my M bodies for a Konica. But if you find them useful, by all means go for it. In the end it is the pictures that matter. There has been some discussion about Leica lenses on the Konica, though. So if I were you, I would shoot a test roll with YOUR lenses and the actual Konica body you are thinking of buying and evaluate the resulting slides or negatives before committing funds.
