yikes! i'd find a cheaper lab. at the lab where i work, a roll of
36-exposure film costs 13.80 for single 4x6 proofs. a contact sheet costs
$6.00 ($3.00 for the film and $3.00 for the sheet). add that to the cost
of a roll of portra, and you're past $20.00. if you don't mind sending
your stuff off, you might try A&I. i hear good things about them and their
prices. you also might want to try some cheaper films. kodak's supra
photojournalism films are good, as are fuji's fujipress films.
